The Refund Form is now available.



If you have unused credits on your Cashless Card, you can request a refund by correctly completing and submitting the Refund Form between November 10 and November 28, 2025.



Refunds will be processed via PIX or bank transfer (TED) until January 7, 2026, based on the details provided in the form.

Simply visit the website and add the desired credit amount. The system will automatically generate a QR Code, which must be presented when collecting your Cashless Card.



We recommend collecting your Cashless Card in advance, by November 8, 2025, at the GP São Paulo Store – Shopping Cidade Jardim, available from October 20, 2025.

*Pre-loading and card collection at the GP São Paulo Store will be available from October 20, 2025.

If you prefer not to load in advance, you can top up your card during the event at any of the fixed or mobile cash desks available in all sectors.

*If you choose to load your Cashless Card at the Shopping Cidade Jardim pick-up point (Av. Magalhães de Castro, 12.000) or during the event, a refundable deposit fee of BRL 5.00 will be charged. This amount will be refunded in cash when the Cashless Card is returned at one of the fixed cash desks before the end of the event. No deposit fee will be charged if the first top-up is made in advance via the website.

CAN I USE ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD INSTEAD OF THE CASHLESS CARD TO BUY FOOD AND DRINKS AT THE EVENT?

No. The only way to buy food and beverages at the event is with your Cashless Card. For merchandising products, you may use cash or credit/debit cards.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT TO LOAD ON MY CASHLESS CARD ONLINE?

No, you can add any amount of credit online, as long as it does not exceed BRL 2,000.

HOW DO I LOAD MY CASHLESS CARD?

You can top up your card in three ways:

• Online through https://netpdv.com/f1saopaulo2025 until November 5, 2025;
• At the pick-up point located at Shopping Cidade Jardim until November 8, 2025;
• At the fixed cash desks available in all sectors during the three days of the São Paulo GP.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY CASHLESS CARD BALANCE?

At any fixed cash desk or point of sale during the event.

DO I NEED TO RETURN MY CASHLESS CARD AFTER THE EVENT?

No. But if you return it at one of the fixed cash desks during the event, you will receive your deposit fee back.

WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY CPF?

This is a security measure for your transactions and is necessary to ensure we can refund any remaining balance on your Cashless Card after the event.
